History and origins

Minced meat, bean sprouts, and Onion are fried in lard, then a small amount of Ramen soup and Garlic is added, and the dish is seasoned with a Miso base (containing over 10 types of spices) and Umami seasonings.
The toppings include the stir-fried vegetables, bamboo shoots, chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and a generous amount of Garlic, but the ramen is delicious without Garlic smell.
