【業務用】鶏白湯スープ（CP-T10）…150cc
Water...150cc (dilute twice)
【業務用】万能塩ダレ…20cc
ネギオイル…20㏄
【業務用】硬打麺#26…1玉
Green vegetables…moderate amount

How to make it

【業務用】鶏白湯スープ（CP-T10）を溶かす。
鶏白湯スープと水を合わせて、スープを作る。
40gのサラダ油にネギを浮かべ、ネギが焦げないように15分炒めてネギオイルを作る。
土鍋に、かえし、ネギオイルと合わせたスープを注ぐ。
Add the noodles and toppings and it's done.

Founded in 1963, Kohi-en is a well-known and ever-popular Chinese restaurant in Roppongi. It moved to its current location in 2001 and continues to operate today, over 60 years after its founding. The restaurant is in a somewhat difficult-to-find location, but it has the added charm of being a hidden gem for adults known only to those in the know. The restaurant's signature dish, "Chicken Stew Soba," has been loved by fans for many years, and it's no wonder that people from all over the country frequent the restaurant in search of this exquisite dish. Just seeing the large earthenware pot filled with white soup makes you excited, thinking, "This is Kohi-en 's Chicken Stew Soba!"

In addition, the chef of the restaurant opened "Tommy's Kitchen," a Chinese gourmet restaurant in Nakameguro in 2022, which also became a hot topic and quickly became a popular restaurant.
