How to make it
- [For commercial use] Dissolve the thick pork white soup (CP-B10).
- Dilute the thick pork broth with water.
- Pour the thick Miso and soup into a warmed bowl and stir well with a whisk.
- Fry black bean sprouts in lard.
- Finally, add the noodles, stir-fried bean sprouts, and toppings to complete the dish.

Miso Mendokoro Tasakaya is a ramen shop specializing in rich Miso Ramen located at the west exit of Ikebukuro. It is known for its rich and impactful soup that combines the flavor of Miso with the strong flavor of garlic and back fat.
The owner is a talented chef who trained for over five and a half years at Nogata's famous Miso Noodle Shop Hanadoan, where he also served as manager, and opened this independent restaurant officially recognized by Hanadoan in March 2023. Located about a five-minute walk from the west exit of Ikebukuro Station, it is a popular restaurant that always has a line of customers.
The soup is based on Miso and has a thick, rich, and mellow flavor, accented with finely chopped back fat and a small amount of garlic cloves. The menu also includes Miso Ramen, Miso Ramen, aemen, Tsukemen, and more, and you can choose toppings such as seasoned eggs and pork slices. The small interior, with only nine counter seats, is also a comfortable space that is perfect for stopping by alone.
