[Perfect Reproduction] A recipe to recreate the professional taste of "Tokyo Zabon"

How to make "Tokyo Zabon" with a professional taste
Introduction
Tokyo Zabon" Ramen is a pork bone Ramen that was developed mainly in Tokyo.
Speaking of pomelo, Kagoshima's pomelo Ramen is also famous, but the pomelo developed in Tokyo has completely different roots and taste from Kagoshima's Ramen Ramen.
In recent years, due to the influence of Corona, there is only one store left, but it used to dominate the world with its tonkotsu Ramen.
The Pomelo Roppongi branch was located at the end of a back alley at the Roppongi Hills intersection, and those who drank in the Roppongi area must have been well taken care of there.
Thus, the Pomelo Ramen that was developed in Tokyo features a thick Pork bone broth base, Ramen combined with Shoyu sauce, and topped with Cabbage and other vegetables and fried onions.
Cabbage Toppings are often associated with Kumamoto, but Zabon Ramen has evolved Ramen into its own unique Tokyo version. Pomelo Ramen, which combines the rich tonkotsu (pork bone) soup with the sweetness of Cabbage and the flavor of fried onions, was a representative Regional ramen of Tokyo at the time.
This time, we have recreated this pomelo Ramen using Pork bone broth of COOKPIT and pomelo style PB sauce.
I want to eat that taste again! If you are interested in developing this product, please try it from the free sample.
