[Perfect Reproduction] A recipe that recreates the professional taste of Kyokaen 's cold noodles

How to make Kyokaen cold noodles
Introduction
"Chugoku Kyokaen" in Nagasaki is a long-established Chinese restaurant founded in 1944. This time, we'll be introducing their "Cold Noodles"! Made with champon noodles, it's a hearty dish topped with chewy, chewy noodles, thinly sliced roast pork, and a generous amount of chives. The sharp aftertaste of Shoyu is also delicious, and the addictive, junky flavor makes this a unique cold noodle dish you won't find anywhere else!
This is a recipe that uses commercial Ramen soup to easily recreate the taste of "Cold Noodles" in the style of "Chinese Kyokaen."
