How to make Sorun bibim noodles
Ingredients for Sorun
- 鶏清湯スープ（CP-TC4）…75㏄
- Pork clear soup (CP-B6)... 30cc
- Water…50cc
- Vegetable flavor oil…20cc
- Special acorn noodles
- vinegar...5cc
- Special Shoyu...25cc
- Gochujang...20cc
- 1/2 boiled egg
- Cucumber...appropriate amount
- Pickled Daikon...appropriate amount
How to make Sorun
- Put the chicken clear soup, pork clear soup, and water into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. * Once the soup has cooled, chill it in the refrigerator.
- Bring water to a boil in another pot and cook the noodles. Once cooked, rinse with cold water.
- Add vegetable flavored oil, special Shoyu, soup, and noodles to a bowl.
- Top with gochujang, egg, cucumber, and pickled Daikon and it's done!
