- 鶏清湯スープ(CP-TC4)…75㏄
- Pork clear soup (CP-B6)... 30cc
- Sardine stock...100cc (1 pack of stock for 2.5 liters of water over medium heat for 20 minutes)
- Vegetable flavor oil…20cc
- Straight noodles #14...1 ball
- vinegar...5cc
- Special Shoyu...25cc
- Green onion...appropriate amount
- Nori...1 sheet
How to make Taishoken
- Put the chicken clear soup, pork clear soup, and sardine stock into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. * Once the soup has cooled, chill it in the refrigerator.
- Bring water to a boil in another pot and cook the noodles. Rinse the cooked noodles thoroughly in cold water and serve in a serving dish.
- In a separate bowl, add the vegetable-based flavored oil, special Shoyu, vinegar, and soup.
- Top with green onions and seaweed and it's done!
