How to make Shikabe Tarako Ramen at Ota Ota Shokudo Sushimasa
Ingredients for Ota Shokudo Sushimasa
- Chicken clear soup (CP-TC4)... 150cc
- Extreme salt seasoning...30cc
- Shrimp oil...5cc
- Scallop shrimp stock...150cc
- (Soak 25g of dried scallops and dried shrimp in 1 liter of water for about 8 hours, then simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.)
- Special noodles with Kombu kneaded in it...1 ball
- White scallions...appropriate amount
- Mizuna (potherb mustard greens)...appropriate amount
- Wakame seaweed...appropriate amount
- Boiled Shrimp...2 pieces
- Scallops...appropriate amount
- Cod roe...appropriate amount
Ota Shokudo Sushimasa 's recipe
- Put the chicken clear soup and scallop and Shrimp stock into a pot, heat over medium heat, and bring to a boil.
- Put water in another pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the noodles and boil. Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water.
- Put Shrimp oil, extra salt seasoning, soup, and noodles into a bowl.
- Top with shredded green onions, mizuna, wakame seaweed, boiled Shrimp, scallops, and cod roe and you're done!
