- Duck fat…30cc
- [Commercial Use] Yamataka Light Shoyu...30cc
- Whole wheat noodles #22...1 ball
- Grilled green onions...2 stalks
- Green onion...appropriate amount
- Duck meat…2 pieces
How to make it
- [For commercial use] Add water to chicken clear soup (CP-TC4) and dissolve.
- Melt the duck fat to make duck oil.
- Pour the seasoning, duck oil, and soup into the warmed bowl.
- Add the noodles and toppings and it's done.
