How to make it

  1. Dissolve the [Commercial Use] Pork Bone White Soup (CP-B8) and [Commercial Use] Chicken Clear Soup (CP-TC4).
  2. Combine 25g of dried scallops with 1 liter of water and soak for about 8 hours, then simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes to make scallop stock.
  3. Add scallops to salad oil and heat for 20 minutes to make scallop oil.
  4. Pour the seasoning, back fat, and soup into the warmed bowl.
  5. Add the noodles and toppings and it's done.
