Ingredients (for 1 cup)
- [Commercial Use] Pork Bone White Soup (CP-B8)... 60cc
- [Commercial Use] Chicken Clear Soup (CP-TC4)... 150cc
- Scallop stock...90cc
- Scallop oil...20cc
- [For commercial use] Ultimate salt seasoning... 30cc
- [For commercial use] Whole wheat noodles #20...1 ball
- Thinly sliced seasoned bamboo shoots...appropriate amount
- Rare pork shoulder char siu...2 slices
- Soft-boiled egg …1 egg
How to make it
- Dissolve the [Commercial Use] Pork Bone White Soup (CP-B8) and [Commercial Use] Chicken Clear Soup (CP-TC4).
- Combine 25g of dried scallops with 1 liter of water and soak for about 8 hours, then simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes to make scallop stock.
- Add scallops to salad oil and heat for 20 minutes to make scallop oil.
- Pour the seasoning, back fat, and soup into the warmed bowl.
- Add the noodles and toppings and it's done.
