Ingredients (for 1 cup)

How to make it

  1. Add the chicken broth to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add one packet of [Commercial Use] Mackerel Dashi Pack to 2.5 liters of water and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Add one packet of [Commercial] sardine stock pack to 2.5 liters of water and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Combine chicken broth with mackerel stock and sardine stock.
  5. Pour the soup and seasoning into a warmed bowl.
  6. Finally, add the noodles and toppings to complete the dish.
