Ingredients (for 1 cup)

How to make it

  1. Put the [Commercial Use] Pork Clear Soup (CP-B6) into a pot and dilute with water to dissolve.
  2. Add 2.5 liters of water, 1 pack of commercial mackerel stock, an Onion, the top of a leek, and the core of Cabbage, and simmer over medium heat for at least 30 minutes to make mackerel and vegetable soup.
  3. Combine pork clear soup with mackerel and vegetable soup.
  4. Place the sauce in a warmed bowl and pour in the soup.
  5. Add the noodles and toppings and it's done.
