How to make it

  1. [For commercial use] Dissolve the chicken clear soup (CP-ETC4).
  2. Combine 25g of dried scallops with 1 liter of water and soak for about 8 hours, then simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes to make scallop stock.
  3. Combine chicken clear soup with scallop stock.
  4. Put the kaeshi and lard into a warmed bowl and pour in the soup.
  5. Add the noodles and toppings and it's done.
