It is a hearty bowl with three types of pork, a boiled egg, and bamboo shoots, and it is so delicious that you will become addicted to it once you try it. The noodles, made with an original blend, have a soft, fluffy wheat aroma and are also excellent! This is a very popular menu item that is said to be "too delicious"!

This is a recipe that uses commercial Ramen soup to easily recreate the taste of "Eccentric Ramen" in the style of "Menya So."

Ingredients (for 1 cup)

How to make it

  1. [For commercial use] Dissolve the chicken clear soup (CP-TC4).
  2. In 2.5 liters of water, [For commercial use] Add one packet of bonito stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. In 2.5 liters of water, [For commercial use] Add one packet of mackerel stock and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add 1.5g of [Commercial Use] Kombu stock to 1 liter of water. After rinsing the water, remove Kombu just before it boils.
  5. Combine chicken clear soup, bonito stock, mackerel stock, and Kombu stock.
  6. Add the seasoning and chicken oil to a warmed bowl and pour in the soup.
  7. Add the noodles and toppings and it's done.
