How to make it

  1. [For commercial use] Dissolve the chicken and pork white soup (CP-M6).
  2. Add water to the chicken and pork soup to dilute it.
  3. Marinate large chunks of back fat in the sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the seasoning, soup, and seasoned back fat to a warmed bowl.

History and origins

"Seab Ramen Higashi-Nakahachi" opened on December 24, 2024 in a back alley in Hatchobori. The famous restaurant "Do Miso" is making a big splash as a new "back fat chacha Ramen".
" Do Miso" is a Miso Ramen specialty store with its main store in Kyobashi, Tokyo. The signature menu item is the "Special Miso Rich taste Ramen" made with a Miso sauce that blends five types of Miso. Many customers come to the restaurant in search of Ramen, which is the main character of the back fat.
By the way, the payment method is completely cashless. It's a smooth system, but cash lovers should be careful.
The neon sign has a nostalgic atmosphere and does not look like a Ramen shop at first glance. The atmosphere is easy for women to enter, and the interior of the restaurant is simple and clean.
