How to make it

  1. Use 10-20g Kombu for every 1L of water. Add the water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add one packet of bonito stock to 2.5 liters of water and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes.

  4. Bring 300ml of soup to a boil. Once it starts to boil, add the meat and once it is cooked through, add all the pre-cut vegetables except for the wood ear Wood Ear Mushroom and simmer.
  5. At the same time, boil the noodles and place them in a bowl. Once the vegetables in the soup have softened, pour in the sauce and noodles.
  6. Top with mizuna and Wood Ear Mushroom and you're done.
  7. You can also add a splash of vinegar at the end!
