  • Dried sardine sardines...200g

How to make soup

  1. Make animal soup. Heat the knuckles with water, bring to a boil, then discard the water. Wash the knuckles again under running water to remove any blood and any unpleasant animal smell.
  2. Put the water and pork bones into Pressure Cooker and cook under pressure for 1 hour.
