How to make soup

  1. Put maple leaves, Chicken body bones, Pork backbone, and chicken fat into Zundonabe, add water, and cook over high heat.
  2. Once it starts to boil, add 2kg of Dried sardine and cook over medium heat.
  3. As you cook, break up Dried sardine with Wooden spatula to bring out their rich flavor.
  4. Add the [Commercial Use] Chicken and Pork White Soup (CP-M6), which will form the base of the flavor, and dissolve the soup until it blends well.
  5. Once the surface starts to turn brown, remove from the pot and strain the soup.
  6. Transfer the removed soup to the freezer and freeze overnight.
  7. The next day, thaw the frozen soup and add another 1kg of dried Dried sardine.
  8. Once the aroma comes out, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.
  9. Strain well through a sieve and it's done.
