Soup ingredients

  • 10kg of water
  • Dried sardine fish...200g
  • Grilled Dried sardine fish...200g
  • Katakuchi Dried sardine (white sardines)...200g
  • 200g dried bonito flakes
  • Dashi Kombu...10g
  • 干し椎茸…10g

How to make soup

  1. Put all the ingredients in water and soak for 3-4 hours (longer in winter when the water temperature is low, shorter in summer).
  2. Once the marinating is done, you can cook it over high heat and never stir.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes and then strain.
  4. Then, cool it in cold water, transfer it to the refrigerator and leave it to sit for 2 days before it's ready.

How to make it

  1. In a pot, [For commercial use] Dissolve the chicken clear soup (CP-TC4).
  2. Add one packet of dried stock to 2.5 liters of water and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes to make dried stock.
