History and origins

This original noodle dish was created around 1987 by a small restaurant in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, inspired by dandan noodles. It was Regional ramen found in a very small area, but it spread in 2003 when Chosokabe opened a spicy noodle specialty restaurant called "Masumoto."
Ramen of "spicy but delicious," and you can choose the spiciness from 1x to 25x. It has a bright red soup, but its unique sweetness and clean aftertaste make Ramen a hit with everyone. It is made with "konnyaku noodles," a mixture of Wheat Flour and buckwheat Wheat Flour, and is similar to cold noodles. Although it does not contain konnyaku, it is called "konnyaku noodles" because it has a similar texture.
