How to make "Kokura Ramen"
Introduction
This is an introduction of a recipe that reproduces Kokura Ramen a "local gourmet" representing Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Ichishinken's Kokura Ramen is a thick, slightly thickened Pork bone broth soup that looks like it has a strong flavor, but once you take a sip, you will be surprised to find that it has a very tasty and refreshing aftertaste. The restaurant also offers a variety of dishes that can be enjoyed by adding pepper to the soup.
This recipe uses Ramen soup for commercial use to easily reproduce the taste of Kokura Ramen, a "local gourmet" dish.
