How to recreate "Fukuchan Ramen"
Introduction
This is an introduction to a recipe that recreates Hakata Ramen from Fukuchan Ramen, a representative ramen shop in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
The Hakata Ramen at "Fukuchan Ramen" is made with a Light taste "Nagahama-style" pork bone soup, which is made by simmering pig skulls and garlic in it and blending a rich soup that is cooked and Aging the day before with a sharp soup that is cooked on the day. The smell of pork bones wafts outside the store, but when you try it, it's surprisingly Light taste and has a gentle taste, so you'll find yourself drinking more and more.
There are various condiments on the table, such as pickled ginger, sesame seeds, chives pickled in Shoyu sauce, Garlic, and Garlic chips, and one of the great things about this restaurant is that you can customize your own bowl to your liking, so be sure to try it out and find a flavor that suits your taste.
This is a recipe that uses commercial Ramen soup to easily recreate the taste of Fukuchan Ramen 's Hakata Ramen.
