・ [Commercial use] Chicken and pork white soup (CP-M6)... 1kg
・Small fish shavings...100g
・ Kombu...10g
How to make soup
- Soak the water, shavings, and Kombu for about 10 hours, then simmer over low heat.
- Add the [Commercial Use] Chicken and Pork White Soup (CP-M6) to the finished soup stock and dissolve over low heat.
- Once the flavors have blended well, it's done.

- [For commercial use]"Hinode Shokudo" Replica Kaeshi (Seafood seasoning)...35g
- Medium-thin noodles...1 ball
- Boiled offal...appropriate amount
- Green onion...appropriate amount
How to make it
- [For commercial use] Dissolve the chicken and pork white soup (CP-M6).
- Add one dashi packet to 2.5 liters of water and boil over medium heat for 20 minutes to make the dashi.
- Combine the chicken and pork broth, stock, and water.
- Add the soup and rice to the warmed bowl.
- Finally, add the noodles and toppings to complete the dish.

History and origins
Founded in 1950, Hinode Shokudo is a local restaurant that serves udon, curry rice, okonomiyaki, fried chicken, oden, and more.
Chuka soba is Ramen made individually in the same aluminum pot used to make the famous nabeyaki udon. It is made by combining udon broth with Ramen noodles, similar to champon, and is loved by locals. The Chinese ramen is topped with lots of vegetables and contains a variety of fish pastes, resulting in a colorful Ramen. If you want to thicken it, you can use potato starch to thicken it.
