How to make "Kinryu Ramen"
Ingredients for Kinryu Ramen
・Water…10ℓ
・Pork knuckles...1kg
・Maple...2kg
・ [Commercial use] Chicken and pork white soup (CP-M6)... 3kg
How to make Kinryu Ramen
- Boil the knuckles and maple leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to Blood removal, then immediately remove and rinse under running water.
