Korai-style medicinal Ramen is based on a soup made by slowly simmering chicken bones, pork bones, seafood, root vegetables, and other ingredients. This is a recipe that uses commercial Ramen soup to easily recreate the taste of Korai-style medicinal Ramen.
How to make "Korai" Medicinal Ramen
Korai ingredients
・Water…10ℓ
・Chicken bones...2kg
・Pork knuckles...500g
・ [Commercial Use] Pork Clear Soup (CP-BC6) …3kg
・ Onion...5 pieces
・Carrots…2 pieces
・ Garlic...2 cloves
・Shrimp fillets...50g
・Dashi Kombu...20g
How to make Korai
- Boil chicken bones and knuckle bones in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to Blood removal, then immediately remove and rinse under running water.

How to make it
- Dissolve [Commercial Use] Pork Clear Soup Soup (CP-BC6) and [Commercial Use] Chicken Clear Soup Soup (CP_TC4).

History and origins
In Nagoya, there is a type of Ramen called "Korai" or "Medicinal Ramen." This originates from Ramen called "Korai," which was founded in 1959.
