Sabuchan 's Tokyo Ramen is made with chicken bones, Pork backbone, vegetables, Ginger, and other Ramen to create a traditional Tokyo Ramen flavor. The clear soup is accented with a strong Ginger flavor, and when eaten with the roast pork, the exquisite harmony will satisfy both your stomach and your heart!
This is a recipe that uses commercial Ramen soup to easily recreate the taste of Sabuchan 's Tokyo Ramen.

Ingredients of Tokyo Ramen

・Chicken bones...1kg
・Dashi Kombu (kombu seaweed) - 30g
・ Garlic...1 piece
・ Ginger (ginger) 50g
・ Katsuobushi (katsuobushi)...50g

・Commercial chicken and pork white soup (CP-M6)...4kg
・Pork for char siu

How to make Sabuchan

  1. Add the chicken bones and Katsuobushi in that order and cook over medium heat. After an hour, add the pork bones.
  2. Add the pork for the char siu at this time. It will be ready in an hour, and you can continue adding water as you go.
  3. Finally, add the chicken and pork white soup stock to the soup to bring out its rich flavor, then bring to a boil and it's done.
