How to make soup

History and origins

This ramen is based on Ramen from Nakano's "Chuka Soba Aoba," which was founded in 1996. As part of the 1996 generation, it was at the center of Ramen boom along with the popular Ramen restaurants "Menya Musashi" and "Kujiraken." It promoted the name "Double Soup" along with "Menya Musashi."
Ramen has a unique flavor created by combining the rich, full-bodied animal-based soup stock of Kyushu Ramen with the robust seafood soup stock of Tokyo Ramen. The name of the shop is said to have come from the fact that the owner is from Sendai, and was chosen with the hope that the shop will continue to grow as Ramen shop.
