・Chicken bones...1kg
・Chicken oil...500g

How to make Chuka Hanten Kiraku
- Boil the chicken Pork backbone and bones in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to Blood removal, then immediately remove and rinse under running water.

- Flat noodles...1 ball
- [For commercial use] Pork belly chashu...appropriate amount
- Bean sprouts...appropriate amount

How to make it
- Dissolve [Commercial Use] Pork Clear Soup (CP-BC6) and [Commercial Use] Chicken Clear Soup (CP-TC4).
- Combine the pork clear soup, chicken clear soup, and water.
- Float green onions in salad oil and cook to make green onion flavored oil.
- Pour the seasoning, flavored oil, and soup into the warmed bowl.
- Add the noodles and toppings and it's done.

History and origins
The long-established Chinese restaurant Kiraku, which also serves a wide variety of a la carte dishes, was founded in 1953 by chef Hayashi, who is originally from Taiwan. The restaurant's roots lie in Taiwanese cuisine, which is known for being light yet not greasy. While it is a traditional Ramen restaurant in Tokyo, it is a famous restaurant in Shibuya that exudes a certain ethnic flavor.
The restaurant's Fried Green Onion are made from Taiwanese onions, which are first deep-fried, then dried, and then oiled again, making them a signature dish of Kiraku, and it is said that many Ramen restaurants have imitated them.
