"Ippinko" How to make handmade Ramen

Ingredients for Ippinko

・Water...10 liters
・Pork knuckles...1kg
・Chicken bones...1kg
[Commercial Use] Pork Clear Soup (CP-BC6)...5kg
・ Onion...100g
・ Garlic...2 cloves
・ Ginger...50g

How to make Ippinko

  1. Boil chicken bones and pork knuckles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to Blood removal, then immediately remove and rinse under running water.

Founded in 1978 Ippinko is a Ramen shop that spares no effort. Not only are the noodles hand-made, but the bamboo shoots are also torn by hand from slabs. The soup stock, Ramen sauce, and chili oil are all made in-house. The char siu pork is sourced from raw meat and is large and grilled in a grilling pot.
Their large, handmade gyoza dumplings are also a popular menu item. Despite not appearing in the media, this is a famous Ramen shop that always has a constant line of customers.
