Ingredients for Braised Shark Fin Noodles
- Water…10ℓ
- Chicken bones...4kg
- [Commercial Use] Chicken Clear Soup (CP-TC4)... 2kg
- Shark fin...1 fish
How to make Braised Shark Fin Noodles

History and origins
Kesennuma in Miyagi Prefecture is the top shark catcher in Japan, and there are Ramen that are generously topped with shark fin. Some have shredded shark fin in Ramen soup, while others have whole braised shark fins as the topping. Ramen soup is a clear broth made with chicken and Dried sardine Clear broth, and also contains bonito Fish Sauce from Kesennuma.
