History and origins

Founded in 1960, Sakaeya, the original Manchurian chive Ramen, is Ramen created by owner Kanno, inspired by the soup he tried in Manchuria during the war. It is also called "Manchira" for short. Its Ramen is that it is "cheap, fast, and delicious!" and it is so Ramen customers flock to it even during its short four-hour opening hours. You can choose from four levels of spiciness: spicy, grated, crunchy, and special. The vibrant contrast between the red Ginger and the green chives makes Ramen beautiful, and the portion of chives is simply generous.
