・Pork knuckles... 2kg
・Chicken bones... 1kg

・Carrot... 1/2
・ Ginger... 50g
・Dashi Kombu... 20g

How to make soup

History and origins

Aji no Sapporo Onishi, a Ramen shop that opened as a branch from Sapporo in 1968, made this an official menu item in 1978, and since then, it has been served at many of the shops of its disciples as Regional ramen.
In the 1970s, when it became popular among junior and senior high school students to add anything to Ramen, such as ketchup, mayonnaise, and cola, the combination of curry and milk was somehow discovered to be delicious, and this ramen became Ramen. This Ramen of "chewy noodles," "rich flavor of Miso," "spicy curry," "mellowness of milk," and "flavor of butter." Miso sauce is based on Miso from Hokkaido.
