How to make Horan

  1. Boil the pork knuckles and maple leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes to Blood removal, then immediately remove and rinse under running water.

It is said that Muroran's first Ramen was made at Seiyoken, which was founded in 1935, but this recipe was created as an homage to Horan, which was founded in 1953. The Ramen soup has a strong Miso flavor, and Chili Pepper in the Miso sauce add a touch of accent, and the flavor of the vegetables dissolves into Ramen soup, creating a varied Ramen soup that is quite addictive.
