This commercial-grade, additive-free chicken clear soup is made with chicken bones from Kagoshima Prefecture. By establishing a soup factory within our meat processing facility, we are committed to the utmost freshness, slaughtering chicken in the morning and cooking it first thing in the afternoon. Cooked using only chicken bones and water, it offers a simple yet exquisite dish. Another distinctive feature of our clear soup is the "chicken oil" that forms as it cooks. While the soup is thin, adding this chicken oil allows us to create a high-quality Ramen. Our production process is designed to last just four hours, based on 10 years of research, ensuring that molecular bonds are not broken. This results in a sweet soup that fully captures the flavor of the bones. Careful skimming of the scum during cooking ensures a natural, easy-to-drink soup without any unpleasant or harsh flavors.
