How long will it take to arrive after I order?

For the first time only, delivery will take approximately one week, excluding manufacturing time such as delivery confirmation.
After that, we will ship according to the lead time on each product page.

How much can you store?

The product can be stored for one year after completion. Once thawed, it contains no additives, so please use it on the same day.

Can I hold a tasting event even though I'm in a rural area?

Tasting sessions are generally held at our company. For customers in rural areas, we ask that you visit our store or exchange samples.
